Creating a Lasting Change (Interview with resident James Werner)

I have Epilepsy but I never knew about the Epilepsy Foundation until I moved here to care for my mom. Ever since I started going to their support group. I’ve learned about different treatments, medications, and different ways of dealing with it. Without the Epilepsy Foundation I wouldn’t have the knowledge I have today.

United Way of Inner Wisconsin supports programs such as the Epilepsy Foundation Because in Wood County 500 people are living with epilepsy. Programs like these help resolve barriers to maintained self-sufficiency.
