A Town Without Poverty? Canada's Guaranteed Income Experiment

"Beginning in 1974, Pierre Trudeau's Liberals and Manitoba's first elected New Democratic Party government gave money to every person and family in Dauphin who fell below the poverty line. Under the program - called "Mincome" - about 1,000 families received monthly cheques."
I will paraphrase as an introduction a reference*to introduce an idea I have been kicking around. Note: I am wearing my Gordian Knot Foundation hat to explain my concept I wish to implement for visitors, members, commenters; what I intend this organization to stand for. If you have seen any of my +Google Pages for Business and were following me you might have noticed, I consider myself a visionary, and medium towards economic change. This, all to bring about a chance for people struggling to piece a life together a great opportunity to attain their hopes and dreams. I  and my recent life are the roadmap shown in this Blog's history. This path I am directed towards has a purpose, "To cut the Gordian Knot out; for persons facing barriers ie., a mental illness, the loss of a job, returning veterans" This is the tip of the iceberg so-to-speak. I intend to give opportunity to anyone willing to work with us in a position within this company. I have been Volunteering at Google now sometime over a year building a company; Osowski Publications. This company has three branches, publisher, not for profit, and the development division-Lion Enterprise. As funds are available we will hire developer liaison persons to put together this Network where member, and workers can work and interact through various applications.
Now to explain why I sited the article from Scott.com; "My idea is akin to the experiment Canada tried. Now I am considered employed by Google, on a volunteer basis. Why? To see what I can accomplish, I guess. And maybe they see and have read my Books about Schizophrenia in my life and how I have and am overcoming it's disabling effects. This country, rumor has is it; is in economic danger. The dollar is loosing it's value in the world market. Something different needs to happen. I propose for anyone who figures out how to untie this gordian knot in their own live; shall receive reward. Interest on home loans is very low right now. The economy appears stable to apathetic eyes. But to those informed people there is a small window of time before our money will no longer dominate the world market. If you follow what I am alluding to; something new and revolutionary needs to occur in this and other countries. We in a sense need a "Robin Hood"!
Envision now if you will a world where there is no discourse, every one gets their fair share(for persons willing to work) to ensure they have the same opportunity for their own well being and satisfaction.  I have been given another chance in this world to redeem myself, my future, and attain as others before me have done. How can one man (like myself) create something that will achieve these desired ends. Stay tooned and I will share more about this clever machination of machiavellian proportion.
